We’re excited that our project for guided self-service (PAF automation) will go live soon.
We’ll be heavy in the testing phase over the next few weeks, and our staff will manage and prioritize HR cases as best we can during this very busy period.

Due to important training related to the project above, TSS will be operating with a reduced staff on Friday, May 24th and Thursday, May 30th.
- On Friday, May 24th, phones will be shut down from 12:30pm-2:00pm but we will be open all day for Walk In Service on the Medford and Boston campuses and you can also reach us all day via email. The Grafton office will be closed for Walk In Service for the day.
