Summary :  If within Apptricity/e-expense the screen does not display all icons properly this article will give you instructions on how to fix the problem. In addition, if emails are not being received from Apptricity/e-expense, a user can fix that problem as well.

    If you log into e-Expense and notice you are missing tabs, action buttons, or icons, it most is likely an issue with your web browser.
    e-Expense is not compatible with Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). To correct this problem, you need to enable “Compatibility Mode” in IE11.  Read the following to fix the situation.

    Some individuals indicate problems with not receiving emails from the e-Expense (Apptricity) system.  If this is occurring, please review this documentation:
