Primary Information

The Procurement Card Program is intended to provide a simple, efficient, cost-effective means of purchasing low dollar items ($5,000.00 or less per transaction).  With the P-Card, there is an upper limit of $25,000 per month, and the maximum per day cannot exceed $25,000 in total orders.
In April 2018, a block was placed on PCards so that they can no longer be used to pay for Temp Help. If you had a Temp at that time and were paying via pCard, please contact John Homich in Purchasing to determine how payment can be made going forward (create an eReq and pay invoices via AP or transition the Temp to the TuftsTemps system).
