Reference for employees who have questions about how to sign their performance review in the Performance Development Program.
Employees can access, review, and sign their performance reviews electronically using Employee Self-Service (eServe). To find out how to electronically sign your performance review, please refer to Steps to Electronically Sign the Performance Review. This should be done by the end of the fiscal year, June 30th. Note: the employee cannot sign the review until the manager hits "FINALIZE". If the employee has met with the manager but has not yet received an email indicating the review is ready for signing, he/she should ask the manager if it is finalized. If a page is idle for more than 20 minutes without successfully saving, it will have time out and anything documented would be lost. TL& D would suggest writing the review in a Word document first and then copy and pasting into the system.
