I was terminated last year. Can I still access my W-2 in eServe in 2022?
Former employees should have access to eServe until the end of May of the subsequent year. If you were terminated in 2021, you will have access to your W-2 in eServe, if you have previously consented to electronic delivery of your W-2.
Some considerations:
- If needed, you can change your password at https://tuftstools.tufts.edu/ if you know your previous password. If you do not know your previous password, or need to reactivate your University account as a former employee, you will need to speak with IT/TTS at 617-627-3376 .
- You will also need to speak with TTS for assistance with 2FA. Separated employees who enrolled in 2FA prior to leaving Tufts, should still have access as long as the same cell phone is in use. Those with a new cell phone will need to contact TTS. Separated employees who did not enroll in 2FA prior to leaving Tufts will not be required to log in to 2FA.
Tips and Tricks
- Make sure you are unblocking all pop ups. For information on unblocking pop ups for each browser type, click here.
- If you did not previously consent to receive your W-2 online, and opted for a mailed form instead, you may need to consent before you can print from eServe. If you are having technical difficulties, Tufts Technology Services (TTS), will be able to help. You can contact them at 617-627-3376 or it@tufts.edu
- If you are still unable to pull up your W2 electronically, we can mail the W-2 to you, however, please know that we will need to verify your identity prior to mailing.
