- Physical member ID cards were mailed out on DEC 9 by the BCBS vendor. If you have not already, you should receive ID card(s) for you and covered dependents at your home address on record by the JAN 1 effective date.
- Employees can also call Member Services at 888-261-0133, M-F 8am-6pm EST, to obtain their member ID # over the phone.
- Beginning JAN 1, members can register for a “MyBlue” account using the MyBlue App. MyBlue allows members to access their ID # and plan features such as coverage and benefits, find a doctor or facility, access up-to-date claim status and more.
- Registering for MyBlue is also your gateway to sign up for Well Connection telehealth services that provides 24/7 access for non-emergency medical or behavioral health care for you and your family.

12.21.21 - Update to VPN/eServe Issue Reported 12.16.21We are delighted to confirm that TTS has been successful in rolling out a remediation to the problem noted on 12.16.21, and as a result ePAF hiring access has been re-enabled & pre-provisioning is available.Furthermore, this mitigation means that your new hires will not need to download VPN to their personal devices in order to complete their onboarding, though we do still strongly recommend that all off-campus access to eServe is done via VPN. 12.16.2021Tufts Technology Services (TTS) informed the Community, that due to the logj4 vulnerability and to protect Tufts assets, several protections were added. The most notable change is a new requirement to use the VPN for access to eServe (HR system for Employee Self Service) and Tableau. Based on these changes Pre-provisioning is unavailable and as a result, ePAF Hiring Access has been disabled to avoid having the Pre-Provisioning email sent out automatically when a new hire is entered into ePAF. TTS is currently investigating options to address this, and we will inform you as soon as the access has been reinstated. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
