Health Advocate cannot help with issues based internationally but members who are traveling abroad can still access the service for US based issues.
The member would need to dial the country code to call the US from another country. Since the standard number is toll free, they will need to use the DID number for the 866 line which is 215-358-5694.
Our recommendation is for that member to check with their cell phone carrier and ask about policies around calling the USA while abroad.
