    Faculty Information System (FIS) - https://hrss.uit.tufts.edu login with your Tufts username and password

    FIS is a module within the PeopleSoft HR system that is exclusively for use by each school’s Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA).  Once logged into PeopleSoft HR, those with permission can access FIS by selecting: Tufts Menus, Tufts Faculty Info. System, and then Faculty/Affiliate Summary.
    FIS gives the ability for OFAs to:
    • Track faculty and affiliate faculty appointments
    • Maintain tenure dates
    • Create and maintain faculty-specific appointment titles (for active faculty appointments, the primary appointment title will be the title visible in their White Pages record)
    • Terminate an unpaid/affiliate faculty’s system access via terminating their active appointment(s)
    Requirements
    • Users must be granted the role of TFIS_USER in PeopleSoft HR
    Available To:
    • Office of Faculty Affairs staff, authorized by the Director/Dean of Faculty Affairs
