Tufts University has established relationships with the following preferred agencies to provide a full range of travel services to university employees. The agencies can help make travel arrangements for Tufts employees, as well as non-employees, including students and university guests. In addition, employees may also contact Tufts Support Services for assistance booking travel arrangements.

Other Negotiated Agreements
Purchasing has negotiated rates that can provide cost savings on hotel contracts and/or rental car agreements .
Note on Hotel Agreements:
In an effort to protect our negotiated business rates, this document is viewable by the Tufts Community when signed into a Tufts computer or through VPN. For guests coming to Tufts to conduct university business, you can refer them to our local area hotels and inform them that they can request the Tufts University Rate, though it is completely up to the Hotel to provide the discount to the guest. In the event they are not provided our business rate, please refer to the Tufts University Travel Portal link which also provides discounted rates and direct on-line booking. The hotels that provide direct billing include the Hyatt Medford/Boston, The Sheraton Commander, The Colonnade Hotel, Homewood Suites of Arlington, The Doubletree Boston/Downtown and Courtyard by Marriott Boston (Tremont Street). These hotels will ask for a "T#" which the traveler or arranger can obtain from one of our travel representatives in TSS. Without the number, there can be no direct bill.
