    Although rare, if you get an error trying to place an order with a supplier in the Marketplace, take a screenshot of the error and send it to Tufts Support Services along with the name of the supplier.  If you receive a lock-out error message from sollodtech.com, your Marketplace password needs a reset; please contact TSS. 
    The Tufts Marketplace catalog ordering system will have a maximum order limit set to $9,999.  Orders that exceed this amount will need to be placed in the eReq system. 
    Marketplace orders cannot be sent to a Home Address.
