    The Tufts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit that offers confidential counseling and referrals to assist you and your adult household members with a number of personal and professional issues, work and family life, health and wellness, and other work/life issues.

    The EAP is confidential and voluntary. No one will know that you have used the program unless you choose to tell them and nothing will be included in your medical record or personnel file.
