All Tufts staff members, not otherwise hired under contract or bound by collective bargaining agreement, are considered at-will. The first three months of employment are considered a trial period, during which regular meetings should be scheduled for employees to receive feedback and guidance about their performance. The conditions of this trial period are outlined in the employee policies and procedures. For more information, a supervisor or employee should contact their department’s HR Business Partner.
